You're not bad at finances.
You were just never taught.
ARC of Impact™ Academy is a financial literacy program built on a single framework — Awareness · Reconstruction · Command — now delivered in four editions across four communities of builders.
Edition 01 · Founders
The original ARC — 15 lessons for founders.
You're running a business without a financial language.
Most founders weren't taught this in school. There's no shame in that — but there is a cost. ARC of Impact™ Academy gives you the language, the systems, and the command you should have been handed years ago.
- You avoid your bank balance because the numbers feel heavy
- Your books are 'mostly' done — but you can't read them
- You don't know your monthly burn or runway with confidence
- Tax season feels like a panic, not a process
- You're growing revenue but not building wealth
- You want to make CEO-level decisions, not operator ones
A founder-first financial transformation model.
Three phases. Fifteen lessons. Real tools. A repeatable system built to help founders lead with clarity instead of confusion.
Awareness
Financial clarity and removing avoidance. Five lessons that move you from blind spots to honest visibility — without judgment.
Reconstruction
Systems, structure, and compliance. Five lessons that rebuild your operating model on a foundation that holds weight.
Command
Strategy, decision-making, and scaling. Five lessons that hand you the controls so you can lead with conviction.
15 core lessons across 3 phases.
Every lesson includes a workbook prompt, a downloadable tool or template, and a reflection — so the work moves from screen to spreadsheet to your real business. Tap a phase to expand.

Oneida Franco.
25 years. Built for founders.
Oneida Franco is the founder and CEO of Franco Blueprint. She's spent two and a half decades inside the financial architecture of small businesses, creative studios, and growing companies — translating accounting into a language founders can actually use.
ARC of Impact™ Academy is the curriculum she built from that work. The frameworks. The tools. The questions she wishes every founder had been asked early.
More about OneidaThree ways to walk through ARC.
ARC of Impact™ Academy opens in waves. Tell us how you want to walk through it and we'll get you on the right list.

InquireCohort
Small live cohort. Group calls, accountability, and Oneida walking you through every phase. Best for founders who learn by doing alongside peers.

One-on-one with Oneida. Private sessions, your real numbers, and a custom command plan. Best for founders who want the academy applied to their business directly.
InquireThe questions founders ask first.
Do I need to be 'good with numbers' to take ARC?
No. ARC was built for founders who avoid finances, not for accountants. Phase A is specifically designed to remove that avoidance and meet you where you are.
How long does ARC take?
Self-paced students typically move through the 15 lessons in 8–12 weeks. Cohort students follow a structured 12-week schedule. VIP is custom-paced.
Will this replace working with an accountant or CFO?
No — and it shouldn't. ARC teaches you the language so you can lead the engagement. Many ARC students go on to work with Franco Blueprint as fractional clients, but that's not a requirement.
What tools or software do I need?
A spreadsheet program and your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar — even a simple ledger). Every template we provide is designed to work with what you already have.
What if I'm just starting out?
ARC is especially powerful early — before bad habits set in. Phase A and Phase R will save you years of cleanup. We just ask that you have a real business, not just an idea.
Be first when the next cohort opens.
ARC of Impact™ Academy enrollment opens in waves. Add your name and we'll send the next opening, the curriculum guide, and a note from Oneida.
